Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cx666 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts once the 12-month threshold is reached, provided the account balance permits. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by cx666

cx666 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if cx666 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

11.2 Termination by cx666

cx666 may permanently close a player's account in cases of confirmed fraud, material breach of these terms, abusive conduct directed at cx666 staff, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe. In the event of termination for cause, cx666 reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and any funds derived from prohibited activity. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned via the original payment method following investigation.

11.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Before closing an account, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal via the player's primary payment method. Voluntary account closure does not exempt a player from any outstanding obligations under these terms.

Amendments to These Terms
